Truely · Travel eSIM · Mobile Team Lead
A Flutter rebuild designed to keep shipping.
I led the rebuild of Truely's app in Flutter on Clean Architecture and Bloc, with native Android modules where Flutter couldn't reach the platform. I set up CI/CD with Fastlane and Codemagic, ran both store releases, and added Stripe payments, a new onboarding flow and localization.
The native BLE layer for InBody medical devices had to survive intermittent connections, not just pair once — alongside Google Fit for real-time biometric data.
